I sort of had this information dumped in my lap as it were – can someone tell me if they’ve ever tried any, and if so, does it help the body in basically the same ways as the fire cider (minus the benefits of the ACV of course given that there isn’t any in the honey version)?  Here’s the info I got:

        “Fire Honey Recipe

        1. In a clean jar, mix all the spices into the raw honey.
        2. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
        3. Store in a cool, dry place for months—no refrigeration needed!

        Final Thoughts

Fire Honey has become my go-to natural remedy when I feel a cold coming on, and I always keep a jar in my pantry. It’s easy, effective, and actually tastes amazing!

So if you’re feeling under the weather or just want to support your immune system, give this remedy a try. Your body will thank you!”

Thankyou Sharon for the recipe, I’m definitely going to try this. I’ve made fire cider, which is quite pungent, this seems like it would be really great in a tea
