Hi, I have seen a few questions about common selfheal, prunella vulgaris, I think I have i growing wild in my yard. I would love to know how to use it. Is there a lesson or video talking about it? Even if it is just a small portion of the video?

Yup. That’s a good one. I’ll get a little lesson up on it.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
