StudentHello all,
Does anyone have any info on how to get rid of eye floaters? I have this huge dark circle in the middle of my vision (left eye), very disruptive to work and life in general. I do very detailed work and this new eye issue is extremely concerning.
Doctors have diagnosed and say it’s not serious, “see you in a month”. It is serious to me, I have to work. I greatly appreciate any info you all can offer!

StudentHi Jessica,
Sorry to hear that you’re dealing with eye floaters, I know how frustrating that can be! I used to deal with that myself.
There’s a combination of things that I did to help with eye floaters:
1. I cut out all processed foods – bread, pasta, etc…and removed all sugar and seed oils from my diet. Twice a day I had a drink made with 1 tablespoon of aloe gel (food grade) mixed with 1 cup of water. That helped some, I noticed an improvement after a couple months. Then I added the eye drops below after hearing about them from Dr. Eric Berg.
2. Liquid MSM eye drops – helped a lot!
3. Added Doc Jones’ Eye Support formula to my daily routine.
After about a year, I no longer had any noticeable eye floaters. I still take Doc’s eye formula everyday, avoid sugar, seed oils and processed foods. I no longer use the eye drops, because I don’t need to. It took some time, but I had quite a few eye floaters.
I hope you are able to find something that helps you resolve the eye floater issue that you’re dealing with.

StudentTopic AuthorHi Geneva,
Thank you so much for your detailed reply! I will definitely be looking into your protocol.
I am wondering if you might be able to tell me what brand of MSM eye drops you used? I am also a fan of Dr. Berg but have been unable to find the info you referenced.
Thanks again, your success gives me hope 🙂

StudentHi Jessica,
The brand that I used was Dexterity Health.
I was also unable to find Dr. Berg’s video that I had watched previously about eye floaters and liquid MSM, when I searched YT for it after reading your reply. That’s a bummer!

StudentHi Jessica,
I had a floater in my left eye for years. The eye doctor said there is no cure we just have to monitor it.  I didnt like his answer. I came home and googled it and found an article that said eating a couple of pineapple slices a day will break up the floater and they suspected the bromelain in the pineapple was what did the breaking up. I started it (I love pineapple) and about a month later I noticed I didn’t see my floater anymore.  If I stopped the pineapple, it would come back.  So I continued it for a couple of years. Now it seeems like I can skip the pineapple for several weeks or so without issues but if I see it, i start back up again. I just get busy and forget to include it daily. If you have no issues with pineapple, and you have floaters like mine, it may be something you want to investigate in. Let me know how you make out if you try it.

StudentTopic AuthorI love pineapple! Will definitely be trying this. I purchased the supplement form in capsules but will also be adding the fruit to my diet. Thank you for sharing this, I’m feeling much better about handling this issue!

StudentYes, the bromeliad in pineapple helps clear waste proteins from the body, as does papaya enzymes, nattokinase, and serrapeptase.  It clears the build up in eyes we see as floaters, and also viral proteins leftover in our tissues after being ill, including spikey proteins.  It’s advised to take first thing in the morning, a good 30 minutes before eating so it doesn’t just work on your meals.  Some people apply castor oil on their eyelids before sleep as well.
And I like eyebright and bilberry tinctures for vision support.
