Sorry You're Seeing that error. 

Lately we've noticed that most folks that see that error are using an Adblocker, a VPN, or Non-Standard Browser ( Like Brave, Tor, Vivaldi Ect) 

The simple explanation of what is happening is that our site has a small program running that tries to block robots and scammers from being able to access our content, and sometimes when a customer is using a browser or addon that blocks my program from running it assumes they’re a robot.

"But this never happens to me on other sites" you might be thinking...

You are completely correct.

All this could be easily solved, but that would involve me installing Google’s "reCAPTCHA Bot Blocking” system into my website… and I’m never going to do that because google has a nasty habit of collecting and selling User Data. I’m not willing to let them harvest our student’s personal info, for any amount of convenience... and as a bonus there is no “SELECT THE FIRE HYDRANT IN THESE 9 BLURRY PHOTOS” or “SOLVE THIS MATH EQUATION” with this new method.

So what can be done here?

Try logging in again in a different environment to check if your security measures are blocking your access to our Human Verification System. I recommend Firefox, but if you want to use Chrome or Safari that works too!

Another solution that might be much much easier, is to install another Web Browser on your computer that does not have the customizations on it that are blocking you.

As a security minded individual who has worked in tech most of my adult life, I recommend Firefox.

Please try to login again and double check that your browser is not automatically filling in old/incorrect credentials.

Or, you can open an "incognito" window to make sure your browser does not fill in the username/ password ( Check out Slide 21 HERE)

Or you can try changing to a different/new browser and see if your credentials work there(I recommend Firefox)
