Hi Dr Jones,
My grandfather has just completed chemo treatment for liver cancer with no improvement to the cancer.
We encouraged him take fenbendazole instead but he wanted to try chemo first. Unfortunately, along the way he developed a fistula in the bowel and because the blood vessels surrounding the bowel are enlarged because of the cancer, they cannot operate to repair it.
He recently started taking Essiac ( burdock) in hopes of reducing his cancer and this has brought increased energy and appetite. We still want him to take fenbendazole but he thinks that it will interfere with the Essiac. My question to you is it okay to take both? He is also on an anti -spasmodic bladder med and some pain relief meds given to him by his doctors.
Thanks for your time,
Elizabeth
