after surgery

hello i had back surgery the first week in June i had to lumbar fused and they glued the 10″ incision down my spine. I’m wander what herbs will help with the healing of the nerves and lesson the scar

i also have one spot that doesn’t want to heal i was going to put the poultice mixture as a spray on it just the poultice itself and bandaid it. the scar itself is very sensitive along with all the nerves in the top of my but cheeks. that and all my muscles seem to be stiff all the time. and suggestions would help.

Ive also thought of adding some comfery to the site as they put bone graphs in around the screws and rods
