Could try “Sole water” or taking magnesium supplement. (but not mag citrate it will make loose stools. Magnesium can also make you sleepy so use at bedtime is good. ) I make magnesium oil which is just magnesium flakes (not the Epsom salt) and add it to boiling water to dissolve and let cool. I then use it topically whenever I think of it. There are videos on both found online. Good luck!
