        I planted basil, but what showed up is this guy. Actually two of them. This one turned pale when he saw my face, so I ripped him out and put him on display for a photo. Who is it and who done it? he berries are green, round and smooth. It has a strong ribbed stem. Spinach gone to seed?

          I do not remember spinach having seed all the way down the stem like that. WEIRD.

            My spinach that went to seed looks similar to this, having seeds 3/4 of the way down the stem, but not exactly the same.

              I’d guess some spinach cultivar. I have some New Zealand spinach that looks similar.

              Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
