Aster flowers for respiratory

I found this while researching aster flowers before going crazy in my yard this fall.  I’m not entirely sure of which variety I have, might be leafy aster, but I’m thinking that they should all be pretty similar in properties.  https://www.herbcraft.org/aster.html  It’s long but a good article by Jim McDonald.

Jim McDonald is a great guy and an excellent herbalist. I’ve never used aster. But I’d trust Jim.
