What is the best treatment for a Atrophic Scar.
The subject had a growth removed and now there is a indentation in the flesh.
ANy safe way to regenerate the affected area to ‘near normal’?

I’m not aware of anything.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
