balsam root

I just dug up 2 very nice balsam root. i’m having a hard time discerning what to do with it do i dry it ( after chopping of course) do i tincture it in everclear, do i put some in honey like was sugggested in a book. and then what i cant find a good source for concoctions or uses please help something told me i needed to get this so i did :scared:

I usually use balsamroot on infectious diseases, particularly respiratory stuff. Chop it up as fine as you an and tincture in vodka or Everclear.

I usually cut it up with a band saw into thin wafers, tincture it for a week or so, then bust it up in a blender and tincture it for another week or so.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
