Don’t know about bee balm for this – but from what I hear, plantain rocks for this type thing.

Can bee balm be used to decrease the effects of bee stings?
Plantain is great. I’ve heard yarrow is quite good but haven’t tried it. Native Americans used ground bee balm leaf for stings. I haven’t tried that one either.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Don’t know where you are from but here on the east coast we use jewelweed. It works almost immediately.
