This is my first post. I have done some research on herbs for intestinal parasites but I am confused as to the best herb and way to administer it.

Welcome to the forum Vivian! You’re going to want to look for herbs labeled as Anthelmintic. You can find a good list of them on Slide 33 of this lesson. I would also check back in on the Parasites lecture once Doc has filled it out a bit more.
