Is there a better medicinal genus/species of rose than others?  I try to add 2-4 new herbs to my garden and this year I want to add a rose or 2.  I live in the southwest (southern New Mexico – zone 7) where it is hot and dry.  I’ve never grown roses. Any recommendations would be extremely appreciated!
