I live in Oregon and I have gotten good quality starts from Azure Standard. Its a co-op like model and they usually have a drop once a month in most areas. I have ordered live plants 2-3 times and they have always arrived in really good condition. They had some great starts for medicinal herbs that I wanted to get a jump start on instead of starting from seed.

Great idea! I’ve known we have an Azure drop close to me but I’ve never considered that they’d have live plants! Thanks for the tip!

Strictly medicinal also sells plants. They don’t always have them in stock but you can be put on a waiting list. I’ve also bought plants from Etsy
You take your chances with Etsy but so far the plants I’ve gotten are what they were advertised to be (nettle, passion flower, elderberry)
