Wondering if you can use the whole flower to make tea, tinctures, etc.  In the course material it says the seeds are poisonous…….I’m confused on how to use the Black-eyed Susan flowers.

Yes the seeds are poisonous, so as long as you harvest the flower before it goes to seed you are fine
