        Hi everyone,

I have a volunteer on my farm that has asked for herbal help with a brain tumor. She has had it all of her life, it is an unknown type of tumor. It was misdiagnosed twice but now does not have a diagnosis. It is benign.

It’s on her left optic nerve wedged between there and her brain. She had a surgery to drain the tumor several times.

She mostly gets pressure headaches. Lack of sleep, altitude and sometimes rain will trigger it. Phone and computer screens strain it and cause a headache.

Does anyone have any ideas for this young woman?

Without a specific diagnosis it’s challenging to recommend specific plants. Frankincense is a specific for benign meningiomas which often occur in that area, but it could be any number of things.

In a case like this, you’ll likely have to focus on the symptoms rather than the disease.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
