        What herbs do you like to integrate to help soothe your nervous system? Ashwagandha and holy basil are two of my go-tos. I love a hot cup of holy basil, rose, nettle, and peppermint tea.

          I love drinking Chamomile tea and also Lavender tea can be very calming and soothing !

          Oh, what peace we often forfeit, Oh, what needless pain we bear,
          All because we do not carry, everything to God in prayer!
