Cannot download Lower Digestive part 2 or Upper Digestive slides

I have to do a lot of my study offline.  I am downloading the slides for anatomy physiology section.  Lower Digestive II and Upper Digestive I get a “cannot complete the extraction” error.  I haven’t had that problem with any of the other lessons

I’ve download the sections and both seem to open just fine. The error you mention seems to be an error with your computer/operating system.  I’m not really able to help diagnose or fix issue with your computer but the following steps might help you:

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Re-download or Obtain a New Copy: Try Redownlaoding it
2. Use a Different Tool: Try extracting the ZIP file using a different tool. Some popular and reliable ones include 7-Zip, and WinRAR
3. Check Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to write to the destination directory. You can try extracting the ZIP file to a different location, such as your desktop or to a flash drive.
4. Rename the ZIP File: Try renaming them to something shorter.
5. Disk Space: Ensure you have enough free space to extract the contents.
6. Check for Updates: If you’re using a tool to extract the ZIP, check for updates.
