I have not been able to view any of the videos from the academy, however I can view them on YouTube. Quite frustrating to have paid for a course that is mostly free on YouTube-unless I am missing something.
This academy is very frustrating, expensive and without technical support. I don’t think I will receive the help I need from this forum but if someone has a phone number I can technical help with watching these videos I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you in advance.

Hey There!
Thanks so much for posting in the HGH School Bug Forum! We’ll try our hardest to get on this as soon as possible!
Before an Admin can reply to your post, you must make sure your bug report has the following Elements:
- Did you include a link to your bug? (required)
- Did you include info on the make/model of the device you’re using?
- (required) Did you specify which Web Browser you are using?
- (required) Did you provide a detailed description of the Bug? (required)
- Did you add any other relevant details? (Optional)
If you checked all those boxes with your post, you are good to go! Somebody will get back to you when it’s fixed, or if they need more info 🙂 If you forgot any of those items, no worries! Just reply back to this comment with anything you missed and you’ll be good to go! Thanks for reporting, you get extra brownie points today!

Important Note: If you are using the Brave Browser or one of the other “Privacy-Focus-Chrome-Reskin” Browsers (that are in my opinion borderline malware, running cryptocurrency garbage in the background, and are extremely resource intensive and run by for-profit corporations which somehow definitely don’t make money off your data…)
PLEASE reconsider.
These browsers block the core tech of websites that have user-based content and are not and will never be compatible by default. If you’re going to use it, you’ll need to learn, understand, and configure the settings for it on your own as that is outside the scope of our support.
If you are interested in a privacy based browsing experience, I recommend Firefox which is NOT built on the same tech controlled by google (that Brave and all the others are).
Thank You 🙂
Geri – the bot responded, but you have to include the info it asks for so they can help you. So be sure to update your request. Also, if you click the box that says “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” you’ll know when your question is answered. Customer service is GREAT. They all do their best with as many questions and topics that are posted.
Also, did you see the notice on the course pages that said:
“Notice! Video system upgrades in progress! Use Alternate.
Having Trouble Playing a video?
Not to worry 🙂 – We’re hard at work upgrading the video service system!Expect intermittent outages on some videos over the next couple days.“

Thank you Sharon.
I did not see any notice. Can you tell me where it can be found? Thank you.I will update my request but I find it annoying to “talk” to a bot that can’t help me. I would rather talk to a person. Do you happen to have a phone number for a live person?
Thank you for your kind response.

Geri – the notice I copied above came from the course page where the curriculum is listed. For help, go up to the top of this page, click on “More”, then on “Help”. But the fact remains that they have acknowledged that they are upgrading the video servers and outages may be happening. Each video has buttons below indicating that those are the “alternate” videos they referred to. The password is listed – and is HGH. Hope this helps.

Thank you Sharon.
I still have not found the announcement you have referenced above. I did find the “Help” section! Thank you for your help. I realize I should have explored all of the tabs to save myself some frustration.
It would be helpful if the admins sent out an email announcement to all enrollees of the outages and updates.
Thank you again for kindly responding to me.
Have a lovely Monday!💕🍃

Hi Geri, could you inform me of the following information:
- A link to the video/s you’re having trouble with?
- the make/model of the device you’re using?
- Could you specify which Web Browser you are using?
- A description of what happens when you try playing the broken video and any error messages
This information will help me investigate the issue and resolve it.
