Cleaning your storage containers

So, talk to me about cleaning bottles, spritzers, jars, eyedroppers, etc., etc., for new stuff and also cleaning containers/equipment for reuse.

Are there some things I need to just throw out and buy new?

I hate to throw out things when I can reuse them, but I really want to have scrupulously clean containers and equipment.

Most things you can wash as you usually would, with hot soapy water and a hot rinse. Things with or that will have alcohol in them are basically getting sterilized.

You don’t throw out your containers, droppers bottles etc.. after you used them. That would be a waste of money. You wash and reuse them again, it’s that simple.

O swish some rubbing alcohol around in my containers, then wave them vigorously in the air until the alcohol is all evaporated. If I had a dishwasher i wouldn’t bother with alcohol.

I use the interlocking plastic craft containers from Dollarama about 50 cents each 🙂
