  Doc, in the cleanse video, you shared the formula (which includes cilantro) for cleansing heavy metals. Please clarify, do you dry and powder the cilantro leaves or are you using coriander (cilantro seed), or what exactly? Thanks a ton!

  The leaf/aerial parts is what I use.
  
  Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
