Converting essential oil to fresh or dried herb

Does anyone know how to convert a dose of drops of essential oil into how much whole fresh or dried herb?

So for instance if I need 3 drops EO of lavender, how much of my dried lavender would do the same thing?

(I know essential oils can vary widely depending on a lot of factors, but is there an approximate or a range?)

Dose dry herbs or tinctures the way you always do. They[re not the same thing as essential oils. It takes lots of dry material to make oils.

Herb Forms & Dosing

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

I know Doc:)  That’s why I’m asking if anyone even knows this.  Maybe it’s not even a thing. Just wondering.
