Doc, has any research been done on how effective culinary herbs are medicinally when used in small doses, like sprinkled on or in food? Do we know what medicinal good it’s doing?

A small sprinkle isn’t going to be enough for a medicinal effect in most cases. They’ll need to be dosed like all the rest of the kids to have a medicinal effect.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Thanks Doc. I figured that but was wondering if there has been research done on the effectiveness of using herbs a little at a time. And if so, what the effect is.

Very small doses in very high frequencies may have some effect but I’m not aware of any specific research.
