I know you should avoid gathering your “goodies” near the road because of contamination issues. However, I was blessed with arthritic knees and I do not do very well hiking long distances either. Just wondering, how far from the roadside do you recommend? Thanks to you I now drive around looking at every plant trying to see if I can identify it and/or harvest it. :notworthy:

If the area beside the road is HIGHER than the drainage that is a HUGE advantage. If the road is not very well traveled then I would harvest from that rise.

Otherwise I would be very cautious.

Depends how busy the road is too. If it’s a gravel road out in the sticks, it’s probably not getting enough traffic to worry about.

Try this for your sore knees. 🙂

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Thanks Doc. I am already using the formula through the Silver Linings brand. My lab and I thank you.
