Hey Doc, on the herbal cleanse video you mentioned a place to learn to do cupping. You said you’d put it in the PDF but I was unable to find it. Do you do classes? Will you be doing a class in the future? Or where do you recommend a person learn cupping?

How long do the hickeys from cupping generally last on the body?

We do plan to offer a cupping school. Hickeys sometimes last a couple of days.
