When beginning to take herbal supplements daily is it best to ease my way into them and give my body a chance to adjust or just jump right in? Should I do an herbal cleanse first?
For me, I just jumped right in and started taking stuff, however, it might be best for you to start taking each herb by itself and seeing how your body reacts. Once you’ve determined that, add in the next one and so on and so forth.
