What can be used to treat ringworm on a lactating dairy cow?  What if anyone knows can be used in/on her pasture to kill the virus?   Thank you for your help in advance.

Topical antifungals will kill probably do the trick if she doesn’t lick them off. Just spray the tincture on directly. You can also do some Internal Candida and Immunity Support if she isn’t pregnant or nursing a baby.

Have  a look at the Skin lesson starting at slide 45.

Ringworm is a fungus rather than a virus. It can survive in the environment for variable periods of time. (bedding, clothing, combs, brushes, barns, floors), for several months to years. The exact duration of persistence can vary depending on factors like humidity, temperature, and exposure to ultraviolet light. Keep things clean and dry with good air flow.

Mosty, if you treat it on the cows carrying it, it’ll clear up generally.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

thank you so much for your assistance.  She is out in pasture and I milk her once a day.  When I dry her up in a few weeks we are going to move her out of the current pasture and continue treating her skin.

I don’t know what I am doing wrong but when I click on the link (Have  a look at the Skin lesson starting at slide 45.

It doesn’t take me there. I looked through all the lessons but don’t see one titled Skin I. What am I missing?
