Dealing with stage 4 breast cancer.

I’m helping someone with stage 4 breast cancer. It has spread to the brain, lungs, liver and bones. So we’re dealing with fluid in the lungs as well. I was using apricot seeds for shrinking tumors til I found out she has fluid in her lungs. Because apricot seeds are high in cyadine I should not use them right? As also elderberry products? What herbs can I use that have the effect of shrinking tumors that won’t kick me elsewhere?
