Have a look at the lessons about nervines. A short list of examples: St. John’s Wort, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Catnip, Hops… Also have a look in the HGH Shop, use a search keyword “anxiety” or “calm” and several formulas will be shown. Have a look at the ingredients lists on each one, and that will give you some ideas, either to just choose a couple that might be best, or to customize your own formula for your daughter.
