I purchased the 7 week detox kit, but was surprised at the foods to avoid.
I want to start the detox program but am afraid with the restrictions I won’t be able to follow the diet plan. I eat a pretty healthy diet, avoiding processed foods, agro chemicals, soy, etc. , but I do like my dairy products and some grains and fermented foods.
How important is it to avoid eating the restricted foods? Seven weeks is a long time. 🙂

The special diet is mostly for the Candida cleanse section of the protocol. I wouldn’t worry too much about it during the other parts.
