        In the section titled Digestive 4 – Lower Digesting System III: The Plants, the Herbal Actions for cinquefoil is blank. What can I put to fill it in?

              Thanks Ashley. I’ll fix them all. Looks like I posted that lesson a day before it was done. LOL
              Thanks for the heads up. Cinque is basically a rose (same family). So it’s an astringent useful for diarrhea and hemorrhoids in digestive cases.

              Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
