I have everything for the Digestive Support Formula except the psyllium. Any substitutions available or should I just delay making it till I get some? Thanks 🙂
Sorry, but I meant to ask how chia seeds might compare to the psyllium (particularly in the formula). Might they be somewhat interchangeable, or not even close? I know that chia in and of itself seems to help a lot of people with the kinds of issues that psyllium does, but…??
