  Can I take the “Blood Sugar” powder, I purchased from Doc, and turn it into a tincture? Just seems it would be easier to travel with.

  Yup. Any herb powder can be made into a tincture whether it’s a singe herb or a formula.
  
  Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
