dog suddenly covered with lumps on head, chest and legs

Hey! I’m brand new to the homegrown herbalist so I hope posting this is ok. My dog suddenly is covered in small, pea sized lumps all over her head, chest and forelegs. I’ve never seen anything like this before and wondering if you all have any suggestions. Thank you!

Sorry for the late reply. Hives is my guess. Usually from an allergic reaction. Often associated with a recent vaccine.
