Is safe to use black eyed Susan instead of echinacea on cats?

I don’t see why it would be an issue, good luck on getting the cats to take it though

I saw on here that Black eyed Susan seeds are poisonous to cats. I made a tincture out of the flower heads. Do I don’t think I should give it to my cat.
