Eczema on babies

My 5 month old grandson has patches of dry, itchy, irritated eczema on his face. When my son (his dad) was a baby he had the same thing. I remember the dr. giving me a steroid cream which worked great but I wonder about side effects …. there’s gotta be some awesome plant that would be good for this … Right? Just wondering if you could recommend something that would take it away other than steroid creams! Thanks! 🙂

The ‘ol Calendula, marshmallow, comfrey lotion would probably be very soothing and help it heal.
