Ethics & Legalities + Quiz

I watched Ethics and Legalities over two days, then completed the quiz.  However, Ethics is not showing as complete (and there is no mechanism for marking it complete).  Then, when I complete the quiz, it freezes at the “recording your results” phase.    I’ve tried Edge and Chrome.
