I was wondering if anyone else needs some accountability on daily workouts? I used to workout with friends and then moved to a new town. I don’t enjoy going to the gym and have all the equipment, just not the motivation. I was thinking maybe just a daily or weekly check in with each other?
I’m the exact same way. I do much better with an accountability buddy who is doing the same things I am. I find if my buddy and I chat about the workout and what we found challenging and gains we think we are making it’s hard to skip.
