Hello fellow students,
It’s good to finally find where it is I make my post. I’m from South East Oklahoma and have been a student since just before the pandemic and my husband’s stroke. I had planned to study through Homegrown School of Botanical Medicine, but my time was needed elsewhere. So now, I’m making another effort to actively get on board and study regularly. I’ve been interested in herbal medicine for many years, slowly learning how to make the different methods of consumption, using what I knew. After moving to Oklahoma, our land grows so many things, I began noticing plants that I saw featured on various online herb walks. When I found Homegrown School of Botanical Medicine, it just felt necessary for me to become a student. Now I’m learning to navigate this forum, and am thankful it’s here. I’m a grandma of 24 and happy to say, a few of my older grands are interested in herbal medicine.
