First Aid Kit shelf life

I’m working on putting together a first aid kit / go bag for our family. We are building out in a remote area and need to have a kit with regular first aid and emergency supplies. I’m looking purchasing the EMT JUMP KIT among others to put together what makes sense for us.

Hoping that we don’t need to use much from there on a regular basis but piece of mind to have it with us. What is the shelf life of the powders and the sprays?

SPRAY: How long is the shelf life of the spray once the water is mixed in? How much longer would using sterile water or distilled water extend the shelf life of a spray?
I’m thinking for a wound spray I need to store the tinctures and sterile water separate and then combine in a spray bottle when needed to extend the shelf life of the spray ingredients.

POWDER: how often do I need to replace items like the bleeding powder, the venom & sting powder, and the poultice power?

POULTICE: what is the difference between the poultice formula from class and the poultice tincture in the AMMO CAN KIT? Is the flax seed used in the tincture or omitted?
