I am working on a flee tic reapellent sprai (i took Doc’s spelling class!) and wanted to ask some thoughts.  I got a neem oil that also has 15% olive oil in it (for pourability).  I learned that you shouldnt use more than 2% essential oils.  So I am diluting the neem oil with liquid coconut oil (not melted, but actually liquid) and NON alcoholic witch hazel extract.  I got some cedarwood oil and may add as well.  But first want to try this combination and see how he does.  I have heard that normally certain ones will not repel the bugz from biting or transmitting problems to our furry friends.  Anyone ever tried something like this or want to offer thoughts?
