Is there anything that would help get rid of a ganglion cyst? It is on the underside of a wrist and has become tender.

I just finished the Case Study #1 module and Doc suggests trying sage internally to dry out a Baker’s cyst. Â Maybe a ganglion cyst too?
Had one years ago and learned they were called “bible wart” cause the cure was to take a big heavy book like the family bible and whack it to break the cyst up. Â I was not interested in trying it at the time. Â Then one day I tripped and slammed my hand and wrist down hard on a counter to catch myself. Â Hurt like mad for a short bit and then I realized the cyst went down and its never come back.
