My Dog Lizzie has a large cut on the left front side of her nose that opens and bleeds. She has had this for months but has recently become worse. She had a bad reaction to general anesthetic when she was spayed in 2020, so I am hesitant to take her to the vet, I don’t know how the vet could close the wound w/o giving her a general anesthetic. Any ideas on how I can help her?
