I am going through the respiratory and cytokine storm information….btw, I am totally enjoying the course!  Thank you.  I am wondering if grape leaf is actually just plain old leaves from a grape plant?  Any type of grape plant?  Thank you!

I just started the academy and I am having difficulty navigating. I see the post about grape leaf but I do not see any replies?

I am wondering if fermented grape leaves would have the benefit of decreasing a cytokine storm.

Yup. Sorry I missed this one. You’re right. It’s regular old grape leaves from grape plants.

They say the darker the grape the better the leaf. But I have both dark and white grapes and the leaves both seem very effective.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Please please, please don’t confuse grape with Canada moonseed though.  They are extremely similar and very easy to mix up.  Moonseed is very toxic.

Where does Canada moonseed grow? I’ve never heard of it but I’m in TN.

I’d love to review the healing properties of grape leaves.  We eat them often as rolled grape leaves and enjoy them very much.  Are the beneficial properties destroyed by cooking?

Also, yes cooking often destroys many of the medicinal properties of herbs
