I am honored to be enrolled in the HGH School of Botanical Medicine! I have been a lifelong student of herbs and their uses for my family and pets. I have been a Certified Veterinary Technician in Arizona for over 40 years. My involvement with using herbs for animals ranged from common in the early 1980’s to rarely recommended because of no testing in the 1990’s to 2000’s to increased interest of pet owners and veterinarians alike in 2010’s to today. I have used herbal medicine and homeopathy for my own dogs, cats and birds for years with great success. Once I found Dr. Patrick Jones, I knew I wanted to learn everything he knows about herbs. At last, I have the resources and a mentor and staff to help me complete these important lessons and guide me on my path as Healer. I no longer work in General Practice Veterinary Medicine. I have found a new passion as a volunteer at a Wildlife Rehabilitation Facility. I grow herbs and vegetables in my yard and I am excited to make and stock up on herbs, tinctures and supplies to make sure I have what I need on hand when I need it!
