Grounding herbs for former barrel races

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help ground my mare back to earth energies? I was advised by an AC that this is what she needs. She is a former barrel racer and has calmed down considerably since I’ve had her. The AC mentioned that her connection to the earth and its energies needs to be strengthened. I would appreciate any and all suggestions.  Thanks

The herbs in the Adrenal Support formula have a grounding, calming effect. I’d give a horse a couple of tablespoons of the powder twice a day.
