Is there an herbal protocol to help decrease Heberden’s nodes?

And, what is the best herbal protocol for it?

        What does that protocol do?

For those who don’t know, Heberden’s nodes are small, pea-sized bony growths that occur on the joint closest to the tip of the finger. They’re a consequence of long-term arthritis.

I don’t know of a protocol to dissolve them, but managing the arthritis itself and decreasing the inflammation may slow them down and make them more comfortable.

Have a look at the Case study on David. I talk a lot about arthritis there starting at about slide #19.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Are these the same as cysts or plugged lymph nodes?Orthopedic surgeon  told me the ones I had on the middle joints were cysts.  I didn’t have the others at that time. I now have them on both joints Frankincense essential oil makes them shrink when used consistantly for a while Not sure mine are the same.  One of the top joint ones  grew up   like a mountain with a pointed peak.   It’s now smaller than the others and has no point.   It doesn’t hurt anymore either

The link to the case study about David doesn’t seem to be working.

No, they aren’t cysts. They’re mineralized responses to chronic inflammation.
