Hello Everyone,
Dr Patrick Jones came into my little world via YouTube, in the Spring of 2024, when I started a new garden. I wanted to grow more than just vegetables… I wanted to grow medicine. Since then, I have watched countless hours (many of which were met with a person shaking their head as they walked by, mumbling, “Wow, does she even watch anything else anymore?” The answer to that was/is, No… Not really. Well, not anything that would be of any interest to them anyway. You see, I want to heal myself, my family, my friends and anyone else that dare step into my little herbal-minded microchasm of magical medicine merriment.
This has grown into more than a hobby for me. It is a passion. An exciting and healthy passion that I am going to grow and grow until I am sure that I can be of assistance to someone that may be in need, if such an occasion arises. I have very little faith in the “sickcare”system that feels the need to dole out pills like PEZ and then tell you to return in 6 months for another round of pills, with a few added extras, because the last round gave you some sort of adverse side-effects. Yeah, well, I just can’t jive with that kind of crazy. So here I am to be the little sponge I think I can, and soak up the fountain of knowledge that this school, Doc Jones, and everyone else here may be willing to share and offer.
We’re all in this together and I feel so very excitery about the future. May we all learn and grow and enjoy this magically lush green thumb carpet ride that we have embarked upon.
May the future be as bright as that big ol photosynthesis feeding ball of goodness in the sky.
