Hey Nancy,
Welcome! I am a little older as well and I understand your concern. I have found that I am loving this class so much that I am online every single extra minute of every day. I am excited about this new life style! I am also happy to see you landed here, out of all the other options available. I checked out many other classes and Doc Jones checked all my boxes/requirements. I am finding the repetition on some herbs from one lesson to another is helping me retain. I have so many questions, but this forum group, especially Greg Boggs, is always helpful. Relax, pace yourself and enjoy the learning!
